One of the cheapest means of binding loose papers, and the cheapest, and most effective. Papers will stay in order, but they slop around a bit in the pile which is not normally very eat. It is advisable to have the holes punched beforehand, pushing a tag through the paper works, but is usually quite an effort and a bit scruffy.
