Small Indian hand made notebook ~ patterned fabric cover

The importer of these items was having some difficulties a while back, which meant that the small community that had been making the booklets was likely to lose an important source of much-needed income, since they were being paid a good rate for their work under "Fair Trade" arrangements. We were glad to be able to help by buying a selection of these small booklets. We are pleased to sell them here at almost the same cost as we bought the items.

The booklets measure ...   , and have approximately ...  sides of thin paper available for your notes. They are sewn in two sections, trimmed, and have  a decorated cotton string to wrap around them to ensure closure.
