Soft poly-cotton tying tape
Polyester cotton twill herringbone pattern tying tape ~ soft and strong
This tape is used in the same way as string would be ~ typically for tying sheaves of paper, or securing a portfolio. This tape is not stiffened and it has a soft ~ gentle ~ feel. It is unbleached and acid-free.
It can also be used for sewing sections together when bookbinding, especially when a very flexible hinge is required. It is fractionally thicker than our starched cotton tape ~ and has a different weave. I believe tape of this sort is favoured by solicitors for tying bundles of important documents ~ they use a pink version.
The price is per metre length, as is the main illustration. Carriage is extra. If to be sent by Royal Mail it will need to be posted as a Large Letter for any quantity over a metre or two.
