The degree of whiteness varies from mill to mill. I general the brightness of the white is well below that of modern office papers, and gives a more natural impression. We support the term ivory for papers which are off-white (We know that is vague, and we would welcome a more useful description.)
We find it difficult to source from known mills, and so we can only offer gradation by weight.
